WillDoBot Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 13219017. Our registered office is Initial Business Centre, Unit 7 Wilson Business Park, Manchester, M40 8WN. WillDoBot Ltd is the controller of personal information collected through this website.

What we collect and why

If you request a call back, we collect your name, phone number, preferred call time, anything you choose to tell us about your business and the work you want help with. We use it to respond to your enquiry and decide with you whether our services may be suitable. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the free-text box.

Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract. We may also process limited technical logs, such as an IP address and request time, where necessary for our legitimate interest in protecting the form and website from abuse. We do not add callback enquiries to a marketing list.

Who receives the information

Our hosting and email-delivery providers process information for us so the website can receive and deliver your enquiry. We do not sell your information. If a provider processes information outside the UK, we require an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism where the law requires one.

How long we keep it

We normally keep an enquiry for no longer than 12 months after our last contact. If you become a client, relevant records may instead be kept with the client file for the period needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax or insurance duties.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, for it to be corrected or deleted, or for its use to be restricted. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the email above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Website storage

This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If you choose a light or dark colour theme, that preference is stored in your browser so the site can remember your choice. It is not sent to us.
