Could the time you save be worth 10× my fee?

Saving a few hours each week adds up. Here’s what 20 hours a month could be worth.

20 hours a month × £25 an hour × 12 months

£6,000 worth of staff time a year.

That’s over 12 times my £495 consultancy fee.

This example values staff time at £25 an hour and assumes the saving lasts for 12 months, before software and other costs. It gives your team time for other work; it doesn’t necessarily reduce your wage bill.

How I help

It starts with your day-to-day work.

Perhaps it’s preparing quotes, putting reports together or keeping up with enquiries. We’ll choose a task where we can test the difference AI or other software makes.

    In a 45-minute call, you show me what your team does, which tools you use and how long the work takes.

    I research and test tools for the tasks we’ve chosen, including ways to get more from software you already use.

    See my recommendations

    I put my recommendations in writing, with the likely time savings, software costs, setup work and anything we need to watch out for.

    Set it up and measure

    I set up what we’ve agreed, help your team use it and measure the time saved. We review the results together at the end of the month.

How AI is helping businesses.

In a UK government survey of businesses using AI:

75%said AI had helped their staff be more productive.

35%said it had helped them develop or improve products and services, or offer a wider range.

The 20-hour guarantee

Pay £495 at the end of your consultation.

We work together for one month. You pay only if the changes we’ve agreed show that your team can save at least 20 hours a month. If they don’t, there’s no consultancy fee.

Before anything changes, we agree what to improve and how to measure it.

What about software costs?

Subscriptions and usage charges are separate from my fee. I aim to keep them as low as possible and use tools you already have where I can. You approve any new costs first.

There’s no ongoing consultancy fee unless you choose to agree more work with me.

What does the £495 cover?

My time over the month: understanding the work, researching tools, writing up my recommendations and setting up what we agree. I’ll also help your team use it, check the results and leave you with instructions to carry on.

How do we measure the 20 hours?

We agree which tasks to work on, how long they take and how often you do them. Then we compare the time before and after the changes. The target is 20 hours a month across your team.

Do I need to know much about AI?

No. You know your business. I’ll help you work out where AI could be useful, explain the options and show your team how to use the tools we choose.
