How we do business
We run small digital services and consultancy. These are the commitments we make to the people who use them and the businesses we work with.
Customers and feedback
We explain what each service does, what it costs and where its limits are. We aim to make our claims proportionate to the evidence behind them. Consultancy starts with an agreed scope; our products set out their own terms before a purchase or submission.
Questions, corrections and complaints are welcome. We review what happened, explain the outcome and, where we made a mistake, take a reasonable step to put it right. We use recurring feedback to improve the service.
Information and security
We collect the information needed to provide each service, restrict access to it and take steps to protect accounts and systems. We review security findings and respond to incidents. Each product’s privacy notice explains the information it uses, who supplies it and how to contact us about it.
We cannot promise that any internet service is risk-free. If you think we have exposed information or made a security mistake, please tell us promptly at miko@willdobot.co.uk.
Environmental responsibility
Our main impacts come from hosted computing, the electricity we use, equipment and travel. We consider these when choosing services and replacing devices, avoid unnecessary processing and keep equipment useful for as long as practical. We will review these impacts and record improvements as we learn more.
We do not claim to be carbon-neutral or to know the full electricity mix of every provider. We will update this page when we have better measurements or a material change in how we operate.
Suppliers and payment
We consider security, service quality, cost and available information about working conditions and environmental practices when choosing suppliers. The depth of a check depends on what we buy and the risks involved. We revisit a supplier if a credible concern arises.
We agree payment terms clearly and aim to pay valid supplier invoices promptly, including small suppliers within 30 days. If an invoice is disputed, we explain the issue instead of leaving the supplier without an answer.
Tax and people
We commit to pay tax where due, use reliefs for their intended purpose and deal openly with HMRC. WillDoBot Ltd currently has no employees. If we hire, we commit to fair pay and hours, wellbeing, an effective way to raise concerns, and inclusive recruitment and treatment.
