HeritageCheck checks postcodes against more than 9,300 conservation areas across England, Scotland and Wales.
Postcode checks
Enter a postcode for an instant result, or check up to five postcodes together. The result shows whether the postcode point falls inside a designated conservation area.
API and website widget
Other products can run the same check through the REST API. Businesses can also add the checker to their own website with the embeddable widget.
The data behind it
Conservation-area boundaries come from Historic England, Cadw and SpatialData.gov.scot. Postcode coordinates come from Ordnance Survey Code-Point Open.
